With a growing portfolio of nearly 60 rental units, I work closely with clients who own income-producing properties. My purpose is to safeguard your investment by managing all aspects of the tenancies and ensuring the housing systems and components are well-maintained. Services may vary depending on individual needs, but they include:
Finding and placing qualified tenants to care for your property
Handling all aspects of tenancy paperwork, including providing a comprehensive rental addendum
Conducting property inspections
Dealing with emergencies as they arise
Securing, scheduling, and negotiating with trades as necessary
Collecting and holding security deposits and rent; dispersing those funds as required
Providing financial reports to assist at tax time
Maintaining a comprehensive management system so you can access information about your property and tenancy from anywhere
