I'm Kaitlyn - a down-to-earth Kootenay local, born and raised right here in the West Kootenay region, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be helping amazing clients set themselves up for success in the Greater Trail, Fruitvale, Castlegar, and Nelson areas. With a background in Business and Digital Marketing, I spent years putting those skills to work running other people's businesses — until I realized it was time to bet on myself. Scary? Absolutely. Worth it? Without a doubt!
I dove into real estate in 2021 and found my true passion as a REALTOR®. And now I have the absolute privilege of using my deep local knowledge of the community and real estate market to help clients from all walks of life reach their goals by finding dream homes and betting on themselves; I wouldn't trade this for anything!
In my spare time you can find me diving into a good book and chatting about it at book club (reach out if you want to join us!!), spending time with friends & family, and catching up on a great docu-series. The mountains and lakes call to me, and my Australian Shepherd is VERY happy when we answer! The Kootenays is the best place in the world and we are so incredibly lucky to call it home!
